Resumen : El método tallerista en educación inicial, subnivel II, es un medio que los entendidos en esta área pueden utilizar para los participantes de este proceso educativo; estudiantes, padres y docentes generan aprendizajes significativos, es decir pensamientos que se quedarán almacenados en la memoria a largo plazo, en las áreas cognitiva, motriz y emocional, proporcionando así un desarrollo integral en los infantes, siendo el docente un guía en el momento de aprendizaje habiendo hecho una planificación previa al encuentro y evaluando su desenvolvimiento al finalizar su actividad y por consecuencia a sus estudiantes, dejando que participen libremente, interactúen entre ellos, se diviertan y conozcan su personalidad, capacidad y emociones, convirtiéndose así la experiencia en un aula bidireccional en donde todos pueden aportar, dando nuevas ideas, proponiendo actividades, etc. Los niños durante la aplicación del método tallerista serán acompañados por los padres de familia, tomando las recomendaciones del guía o docente, dando relevancia a la trilogía de la educación. Dejando a un lado los métodos tradicionales, la escolarización en la etapa inicial y arrojando satisfactorios resultados en la implementación de este nuevo método. Para identificar la eficacia del método se aplicaron tres técnicas de análisis de datos, una encuesta dirigida a los padres de familia, una entrevista a la docente encargada del grupo y una lista de cotejo a partir de la observación realizada durante la ejecución de los 6 talleres desarrollados por el centro de educación inicial Pekelandia en el año lectivo 2020 -2021.
Descripción : The workshop method in initial education, sublevel II, means that experts in this area can use for the participants in this educational process; students, parents, and teachers generate significant learning, that is. thoughts that will be stored in long-term memory, in the cognitive, motor and emotional areas, thus providing a comprehensive development in infants, the teacher being a guide at the time of learning having made planning before the meeting and evaluating their development at the end of their activity and consequently their students, allowing them to participate freely, interact with each other, have fun and get to know their personality, abilities, and emotions, thus turning the experience into a bidirectional classroom where everyone can contribute, giving new ideas, proposing activities, etc. Children during the application of the workshop method will be accompanied by the parents, and they will take the recommendations of the guide or teacher, giving relevance to the trilogy of education. Leaving aside the traditional methods, schooling in the initial stage and giving satisfactory results in the implementation of this new method. To identify the effectiveness of the method, three data analysis techniques were applied, a survey directed at parents, an interview with the teacher in charge of the group, and a checklist based on the observation made during the execution of the 6 workshops developed by the Pekelandia initial education center during the period 2020-2021
