| Resumen : | La investigación vigente fue realizada en el cantón Pallatanga perteneciente a la provincia de Chimborazo y se enfocó en el estudio de las variables patrimonio alimentario y desarrollo turístico, este partió de la aprobación del tema detectando las problemáticas existentes y seleccionando las variables con las que se trabajó, aprobado en un proceso interno institucional, la investigación es de tipo básica y descriptiva con método documental, de campo y para la obtención de datos se determinó que posee corte transversal mediante la aplicación de encuestas previamente validadas por un grupo de expertos asignados y siendo sujetas a una prueba de confiabilidad estadística, a esto se sumó la colaboración de los ciudadanos y propietarios de los restaurantes del lugar quienes permitieron con su criterio que se analice posteriormente los datos obtenidos con el programa SPSS versión No.23 validando con esto la comprobación de las hipótesis que dicen que la cultura alimentaria incide en el desarrollo turístico del cantón Pallatanga, provincia de Chimborazo y la tradicionalidad incide en el desarrollo turístico del cantón Pallatanga, provincia de Chimborazo , discusión que demuestra automáticamente la aceptación de la hipótesis general, así con las conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes, se dio paso a la propuesta de un folleto informativo del patrimonio alimentario del cantón Pallatanga con lo cual se quiere lograr potenciar el turismo puesto que la alimentación y el turismo tienen relación inherente. |
| Descripción : | The current research was carried out in the canton of Pallatanga, province of Chimborazo and it focused on the study of the existing problems and selecting the variables with which we worked and approved in a internal institutional process, the research is basic and descriptive type with documentary and field method, for data collection a cross sectional kind was determined through the application of surveys previously validated by a assigned group of experts and they were subject to a test of statistical reliability , to this the cooperation of citizens and owners of the local restaurant was added they allowed us under their criterion that the data obtained with the program SPSS version No.23 be analyzed later, validating with this the verification of the hypotheses that say the food culture affects the tourist development of the canton Pallatanga, province of Chimborazo and the traditionalism marks in the tourism development of the canton Pallatanga, province of Chimborazo, discussion that automatically demonstrates the acceptances of the general hypothesis, thus with the pertinent conclusions and recommendations, it led to the following proposal an information booklet about the alimentary patrimony of the Pallatanga canton, thus allowing people to promote the tourism since the fact that feeding and tourism have inherent relation. |
