| Resumen : | La presente investigación se realizó en la ciudad de Quito durante el periodo de Julio a Diciembre del 2010 en el hospital del IESS Carlos Andrade Marín en el área de laboratorio clínico con recién nacidos del servicio de neonatología para contribuir a un diagnóstico de Sepsis neonatal. Este trabajo de investigación contiene: Hojas preliminares, Introducción, Planteamiento y Formulación del problema, como también Objetivo General y Objetivos Específicos que nos llevaran a las conclusiones y recomendaciones las cuales se lograran al final de la investigación, también un Marco teórico en el cual están contenidos científicos sobre el tema como las infecciones que son la causa más frecuente de morbilidad durante el periodo neonatal, que se basa en si es necesario o no el determinar estas pruebas como ayuda diagnóstica de esta enfermedad. |
| Descripción : | This research was conducted in the city of Quito during the period from July to December 2010 at the Hospital Carlos Andrade Marin IESS in the area of clinical laboratory newborn nursery service to contribute to a diagnosis of neonatal sepsis. This research contains preliminary leaves, Introduction, Approach and Formulation of the problem, as General Purpose and Specific Objectives that will take us to the conclusions and recommendations, which were achieved at the end of the investigation, also a theoretical framework in which they are scientific content on the subject as infections that are the most common cause of morbidity in the neonatal period, which is based on whether or not it is necessary to determine these tests to help diagnose the disease. This dissertation is warranted to investigate this problem lies in the concerns and comments of the medical staff and patients with predisposing factors of infection such as obstetric circumstances that lead to preterm labor, premature rupture of membrane, it may be accompanied by the presence in the birth canal by pathogenic germs capable. |
