Descripción : This paper presents the results of an investigation carried out for the approach of a Master's program in Pedagogy with mention in intercultural teaching from a market study demonstrating the needs of professionals of the Faculty of Humanities and Technology Education and professionals who currently work without a teaching profile but as teachers; they face daily the problem of multiculturalism. The program is framed in what is established by the constitution; the law and the Regulation of Intercultural Education and Good Living. For the university, it was essential to identify subjects and contents that promote this pedagogy. In the master's program, interculturality is approached by developing the processes of knowledge generation and technologies related to the educational field, applying knowledge as well as intercultural techniques. In the use of environments, learning methodologies, and in the development of curricular contents, the processes and procedures that respect and enhance gender differences, age groups and those derived from ethnic identity, diverse capacities and socio-economic characteristics and cultural itineraries that configure identities.
