| Resumen : | El cliente siempre ha sido la razón de ser de las empresas pero es en la actualidad en donde se le ha dado una gran importancia de acuerdo a los gustos y preferencias donde el cliente casi siempre tiene la razón al momento de adquirir un bien o servicio y por ende se le debe dar el mayor interés que se lo merecen. El siguiente estudio a realizar mantiene las expectativas del diseño de un sendero interpretativo en la hostería Safari con la finalidad de aprovechar los recursos naturales existentes de la zona y por ende aumentar el número de turistas que ingresan hacia la hostería.La investigación inició con la realización de un inventario de los atractivos turísticos en la Hostería Safari”, a través del inventario se determinó su ubicación, descripción, entorno, valoración y jerarquización de los recursos existentes de la zona. Se realizó el levantamiento de procesos, donde estará diseñado el recorrido del sendero interpretativo, por medio del estudio de campo se determino una propuesta de mejoramiento y conservación de los senderos. |
| Descripción : | The client has always been the reason of existing for the companies, but at the present time it’s where great importance has been placed, according to the likes and preferences of the client. The client is almost always right at the time of acquiring a good or service, and therefore greater interest is given to them. The following study made maintains the design of an interpretive path in Hosteria Safari. The objective of “Hosteria Safari” is to take advantage of the natural resources that exist in the area, and thus maintain and increase the number of tourists that enter the hostel. The investigation starts with an inventory of the touristic attractions that the Hosteria Safari has in its domain. Thru this inventory we determine the location, description, atmosphere, value and hierarchy of the resources that exist in the area. |
