| Resumen : | La sociedad actual está afectada por cambios sociales y culturales que causan modificaciones en los roles personales y funciones institucionales, pudiéndose generar situaciones conflictivas en las organizaciones y en las relaciones sociales que en ella se producen; esto hace evidenciar que ya no sirven los modelos relacionales profesor-alumno tradicionales. El reto está en integrar mundos y realidades cambiantes para una convivencia armónica y fructífera. Los actores principales los niños, son más propensos a que influyan en ellos todo lo que sucede en su entorno, por encontrarse en una etapa de formación personal. Un buen docente es aquel que se interesa por conocer el entorno en el que se desenvuelve el alumno cotidianamente, sus necesidades, preocupaciones, intereses y especialmente como esta en sus conocimientos adquiridos en el aula, se debe establecer los recursos necesarios para favorecer el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La constante educación de los docentes servirá para actualizar sus conocimientos y aplicarlos a las necesidades de la nueva pedagogía. El vínculo maestra-alumno fortalecerá las capacidades para el aprendizaje del párvulo, el maestro será la guía donde el párvulo se refleja de cómo quiere ser en el futuro, un niño que no se relaciona presenta diversos problemas ; no se integra a los juegos, tiene miedo al hablar o expresarse, es cohibido, introvertido y su relación no es adecuada a su edad lo que le lleva a aislarse, dejar de lado las tareas, y su rendimiento académico decaerá, su aprendizaje no será significativo, lo que se quiere conseguir es elevar el nivel de autoestima, para lograr alcanzar un aprendizaje integral. Se elaboró una guía “La magia de relacionarme positivamente” en la que están recursos como canciones y cuentos, para de esta manera lograr fortalecer el vínculo maestro-alumno y que exista una mayor calidad en los conocimientos adquiridos por el párvulo. |
