| Resumen : | LA EJECUCIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA RENTABILIDAD DE LA EMPRESA CAMARI SUCURSAL RIOBAMBA, PERÍODO 2014, es una investigación que se desarrolló para identificar el nivel de cumplimiento del presupuesto en esta empresa comercial que trabaja bajo el sistema de comercio justo y solidario beneficiando a las asociaciones agropecuarias y artesanales de la provincia y el país. La investigación partió de un diagnóstico de la situación actual respecto a la ejecución del presupuesto considerando el importe de su principal rubro de ingresos, las ventas, y los gastos relacionados con ellas. Se tomó de referencia teórica los contenidos relacionados con las variables de investigación, obtenidos de libros, textos de estudio y documentos de diferentes páginas de la web. El método científico utilizado fue el Inductivo porque se partió de la información particular para emitir generalizaciones del comportamiento de las variables. Con respecto al diseño de la investigación fue no experimental porque no se manipularon las variables. Fue una investigación de campo y documental, pues se requirió acudir a la Empresa para obtener información contenida en documentos financieros, y la opinión de la población interviniente. . Los datos obtenidos se presentan en cuadros y gráficos estadísticos que se validan con su respectivo análisis e interpretación que confronta los resultados con el marco teórico. Con base en estos resultados se procedió a la comprobación de la hipótesis y a la emisión de las conclusiones y recomendaciones tomando en consideración los objetivos establecidos para el estudio. Partiendo de estas conclusiones se elaboró una guía de gestión presupuestaria cuya aplicación permitirá disminuir las desviaciones entre los presupuestos operativos y su ejecución. |
| Descripción : | BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE COMPANY CAMARI BRANCH RIOBAMBA, PERIOD 2014, is a research that was developed to identify the level of compliance with the budget in this trading company working under the system of fair trade benefiting agricultural and craft associations of the province and the country. The investigation started with a diagnosis of the current situation regarding the implementation of the budget taking into account its main item of income, sales and expenses related thereto. Theoretical reference was taken from the contents related to the research variables, obtained from books, textbooks and documents from different web pages. The scientific method used was the Inductive because we started from the particular information to make generalizations of the behavior of variables. With respect to research design it was not experimental because the variables are not manipulated. It was a field investigation and document as it was required to go to the company to obtain information in financial documents, and the opinion of the intervening population. The data obtained are presented in statistical tables and charts that are validated with their analysis and interpretation confronting the results with the theoretical framework. Based on these results we proceeded to the verification of the hypothesis and the issuance of findings and recommendations taking into account the objectives set for the study. Starting from these findings budget management guide was developed whose application will reduce the deviations between operating budgets and implementation. |
