| Resumen : | El trabajo de investigación rastreo e identificación de anticuerpos irregulares con la aplicación de pruebas de pantallas de células reactivas y tipaje de fenotipos a muestras de sangre de pacientes poli transfundidos atendidos en el Hospital General Docente de Riobamba contribuye al manejo post transfusión de aquellos pacientes que han sido sometidos a transfusiones múltiples en volúmenes y tipos de hemoderivados para hacer uso de las alternativas transfusionales cuando en el receptor o paciente sea identificado la adquisición de antígenos o anticuerpos que comprometen las transfusiones presentes y futuras ya que la condición clínica del paciente amerita incrementar o seguir con el tratamiento mediante la infusión de sangre y sus derivados de las pruebas utilizadas para este trabajo es la llamada prueba de Coombs indirecta |
| Descripción : | This reseach, tracing and identification of irregular antibodies, with the screens test implementation of reactive cells and phenotypes typing to blood samples from poly transfused ppatients treted at the General Teaching Hospital of Riobamba contributes to handling post transfusion patients who have undergone multiple transfisions in volumes and types of blood products to make use of alternative tranfisions when the receiver of patients is indetified the acquisition of antigens or antibodies that compromise present and future transfusions since the clinical condition of the patient deserves to increase or continue with the treatment through the infusion of blood and its derivatives and blood test used for this work which is called indirect Coombs test which detects irregular antibody. |
