| Resumen : | La presente investigación se centró en dos obras del género indigenista, su objetivo fue: comparar la representación de la cultura indígena entre las obras “Huairapamushcas” de Jorge Icaza y “Aves sin nido” de Clorinda Matto de Turner; la base teórica más afín al presente estudio fue la Literatura Comparada porque permitió la contrastación y comparativa de la expresión de la cultura indígena a través de la segmentación de las obras en unidades temáticas trascendentales y convergentes, estas fueron: arquetipo, rol social y familiar, tipos de vivienda y su vida diaria, vestimenta, religión y creencias, alimentación y medicina y finalmente, el comercio. Las oraciones y los fragmentos más importantes de la expresión de la cultura indígena de las dos obras fueron seleccionados rigurosamente y para no alterar su esencia fueron tomados textualmente con la finalidad de que la comparativa realizada sea más eficiente y se precise netamente el uso de los datos encontrados. Este trabajo tuvo un enfoque cualitativo que permitió interpretar y discutir sobre los datos recolectados, por ejemplo: sobre la ubicación, es decir el lugar en el que se desarrollaron los sucesos de estas obras, la vida del indígena en el páramo de los Andes, específicamente Ecuador y Perú. Al finalizar esta investigación se concluye que en ambas obras convergen situaciones similares y que su diferencia relevante es el tiempo de publicación porque existe desde una obra a otra más de medio siglo de diferencia, “Aves sin nido” en 1889 y “Huairapamushcas” en 1948. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation focused on two works of the indigenous genre, its objective was: to compare the representation of indigenous culture between the works "Huairapamushcas" by Jorge Icaza and "Aves sin nido" by Clorinda Matto de Turner; The theoretical basis closest to the present study was Comparative Literature because it allowed contrasting and comparing the expression of indigenous culture through the segmentation of the works into transcendental and convergent thematic units, these were: archetype, social and family role, types of housing and their daily life, clothing, religion and beliefs, food and medicine and finally, trade. The sentences and the most important fragments of the expression of the indigenous culture of the two works were rigorously selected and, in order not to alter their essence, they were taken verbatim in order to make the comparison more efficient and clearly specify the use of the data. found.This work had a qualitative approach that allowed interpreting and discussing the data collected, for example: about the location, that is, the place in which the events of these Works took place, the life of the indigenous in the páramo of the Andes, specifically Ecuador and Peru. At the end of this investigation, it concluded that similar situations converge in both works and that their relevant difference is the time of publication because there is more tan half a century of difference from one work to another, "Aves sin nido" in 1889 and "Huairapamushcas" in 1948. |
