| Resumen : | La presente investigación se llevó a cabo en la Unidad Educativa “Carlos Cisneros”, en donde se observó una carente práctica lectora en los estudiantes y con ello una deficiente expresión oral, ya que no se ha promovido el interés por la lectura al alumno en el aula de clase. Es por ello, que el objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el nivel de lectura y expresión oral que tienen los estudiantes de 10mo año, sección matutina, además de determinar estrategias didácticas aplicables para el desarrollo de hábitos de lectura y expresión oral. El estudio planteado fue de orden cualitativo al tratarse de una investigación de carácter educativo, de diseño no experimental, ya que se realiza sin manipular las variables objeto de la investigación: se observarán el fenómeno o acontecimientos tal cual se presentan en su contexto natural y real para analizarlos e interpretarlos, además el tipo de investigación bibliográfica porque se realizará una amplia búsqueda de información sobre el tema a investigar en revistas, artículos científicos, libros, sitios web, entre otras, y de campo al realizarse en la Unidad Educativa “Carlos Cisneros” ubicada en la ciudad de Riobamba, la población de estudio fue treinta seis estudiantes. El nivel de la investigación fue diagnóstico al determinar si los estudiantes poseen el hábito de la lectura para posteriormente aplicar estrategias didácticas, además se dispuso de técnicas como la encuesta y la observación mediante la aplicación de los instrumentos para recolectar datos como el cuestionario de preguntas y las fichas de observación respectivamente previo y posterior a implementar las estrategias de enseñanza para el desarrollo de hábitos de lectura y mejora de la expresión oral. La manera de generar una mejor habilidad en la lectura es que el estudiante desarrolle una motivación propia, por lo que se utilizó textos de preferencia del estudiante, así como de una base de libros seleccionados acorde a su edad, mientras que para desarrollar su expresión oral se aplicó el desarrollo de la imaginación y creatividad para exponer el mensaje a sus compañeros de lo leído mediante representación de personajes, además de brindar a un espacio de intercambio de información grupal. Es recomendable que el docente tenga la predisposición de poder adquirir nuevos conocimientos, ya que con la aplicación de las estrategias de enseñanza va a lograr que los estudiantes desarrollen hábitos de lectura. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation was carried out at the "Unidad Educativa Carlos Cisneros", where a lack of reading practice was observed in the students and with it a deficient oral expression, since the interest in reading has not been promoted to the student in the classroom. Therefore, the objective of this work is to analyze the level of reading and oral expression of 10th grade students in the morning section, as well as to determine applicable didactic strategies for the development of reading and oral expression habits. The proposed study was of a qualitative nature since it is an educational research, with a non-experimental design, since it is carried out without manipulating the variables under investigation: the phenomenon or events will be observed as they are presented in their natural and real context to analyze and interpret them, in addition to the type of bibliographic research because there will be a broad search for information on the topic to be investigated in journals, scientific articles, books, websites, among others, and field research to be conducted in the "Unidad Educativa Carlos Cisneros" located Riobamba city, the study population was thirty-six students. The level of research was diagnostic to determine whether students have the habit of reading to subsequently implement teaching strategies, in addition, techniques such as survey and observation were used through the application of instruments to collect data as the questionnaire of questions and observation sheets respectively prior and after implementing teaching strategies for the development of reading habits and improvement of oral expression. The way to generate a better reading skill is for the student to develop his/her own motivation, so we used texts of the student's preference, as well as a base of books selected according to his/her age, while to develop his/her oral expression we applied the development of imagination and creativity to expose the message to his/her classmates of what was read through the representation of characters, in addition to providing a space for group information exchange. It is recommended that the teacher has the predisposition to acquire new knowledge, since the application of teaching strategies will help the students to develop reading habits. |
