Descripción : Abstract Public servants of the Directorate of Supervision of the Autonomous Decentralized Provincial Government of Napo (GADPN) who perform office work such as administrative assistants, inspectors, laboratory workers, leader and director, are exposed to ergonomic risks that affect daily performance. Therefore, this research aims to demonstrate through the application of a survey and methodologies the different ergonomic risks to which they are exposed in order to carry out an adequate management of them. To carry out the risk analysis, it was executed through unstructured observation and a survey to collect personal, work and risk perception information from workers, in addition methodologies such as RULA OFFICE (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) were applied for the evaluation of office jobs in order to identify which ergonomic risk factors are those that have greater incidence within work performance and the ROSA method (Rapid Office Strain Assessment) that allowed an evaluation of the level of risk associated with jobs in the offices of the institution. With the results obtained from each evaluation applied and with the information collected through the questionnaire, it was demonstrated that the use of computers and the breach of ergonomic characteristics in chairs and worktables (furniture) have caused forced postures, repetitive movements causing discomfort in the neck, spine, cervical, shoulders and middle fingers. With the assessments, a proposal was made for the design and implementation of the prevention system with which it helps to mitigate the different ergonomic risks through actions to improve the occupational health and well-being of workers.
