| Resumen : | El siguiente proyecto de investigación tiene como iniciativa generar una intervención urbano-arquitectónica para mejorar el espacio público en los vacíos urbanos existentes en el barrio Central, perteneciente a la parroquia Shell - Pastaza. Para lograr este fin, se ponen objetivos claros: primero, encontrar y juntar información útil que ayude a entender la problemática y la situación actual de la Parroquia y el barrio como tal, mediante la investigación de material teórico, documentos institucionales y casos de estudio. Después, se llevará a cabo un estudio urbano del sector, con el objetivo de identificar los vacíos urbanos y entender cómo estos afectan espacial y funcionalmente al barrio. Además, Se desarrollará un diagnóstico integral que permita tratar de manera específica el problema identificado, basado en el análisis realizado. Por último, se realiza una intervención urbano-arquitectónica efectiva y adecuada al contexto que satisfaga las necesidades de la población y optimice la calidad y estructura del entorno urbano. |
| Descripción : | The present research aims to generate an intervention to improve the urban and architectural public space in the existing urban voids in the Central neighborhood, belonging to Shell - Pastaza parish. To achieve this goal, clear objectives are set: first, to find and gather useful information that helps to understand the problems and the current situation of the Parish and the neighborhood as such, through the investigation of theoretical material and institutional documents. Subsequently, a detailed urban analysis of the sector will be conducted, aimed at detecting urban gaps and understanding their impact on the neighborhood’s layout. Based on this analysis, a comprehensive diagnosis will be developed to specifically address the identified issues. Finally, a functional and context-adapted urban-architectural intervention will be proposed, which addresses the needs of the inhabitants and contributes to improving the structure and quality of the urban space. |
