Resumen : La presente investigación surgió con la finalidad de identificar como es el tratamiento informativo sobre casos de corrupción publicados en la edición digital de El Telégrafo durante la pandemia por el covid19, marzo - agosto 2020, teniendo en consideración que esos actos surgieron durante la emergencia sanitaria y por ende fue un tema importante a tratar para los medios de comunicación. Por lo cual, se trabajó con los métodos: Científico, Inductivo-Deductivo y Analítico. Por otra parte, la investigación es cuali – cuantitativa, puesto que en lo cuantitativo se contabilizó el número de publicaciones, la sección a la cual pertenece, género periodístico, el emplazamiento y la utilización de los elementos de ayuda gráfica. Mientras que, en lo cualitativo hace referencia al ¿Qué dice? donde se puntualiza el lead de la noticia y en el ¿Cómo lo dice? un análisis de la nota completa. Las técnicas que se utilizaron fueron análisis de contenido y entrevistas a personas conocedoras del tema de investigación. La presente investigación basada en las publicaciones digitales del Telégrafo se contabilizo 160 notas periodísticas de las cuales se aplicó el muestro aleatorio simple teniendo como resultado analizar 80 notas, las cuales, permitieron a la investigadora examinar cómo se trató la información en el medio de comunicación. Finalmente, se redactó un artículo científico con los resultados obtenidos en la investigación, por consiguiente, fue enviado a una revista.
Descripción : This investigation arose to identify the informative treatment of corruption cases published in the digital edition of El Telégrafo during the covid-19 pandemic, March- August 2020, considering that these acts arose during the health emergency. Therefore, it was an important issue to be discussed by the media. Therefore, we worked with Scientific, Inductive-Deductive, and Analytical Methods. On the other hand, the research is quali-quantitative since the number of publications, the section to which it belongs, the journalistic genre, the location, and the use of the graphic aid elements was counted quantitatively. While, in the qualitative aspect, it refers to the What does it say? The lead of the news is specified in the ¿How do you say it? An analysis of the whole note. The techniques used were content analysis and interviews with people knowledgeable about the research topic. The present investigation is based on the digital publications of the Telegraph; 160 journalistic notes were counted, of which the simple random sampling was applied, resulting in the analysis of 80 notes, which allowed the researcher to examine how the information was treated in the media. Finally, a scientific article was written with the results obtained in the investigation. Therefore, it was sent to a magazine.
