| dc.description | Football is the sport that is practiced in all societies, Cantonese provinces and regions of our country in some of them are designed as real beginning of what the future will be a fortress for the sport and seen and have been results. Consequently there is no technical training and determining future training elementary game of football, therefore required to point out the basics and elements on this field which are outlined in the investigative process entitled "FORMATION OF THE BASE AND SCHOOL FOOTBALL THEIR INFLUENCE IN THE SEARCH FOR TALENT.” Simultaneously with the drafting of the topic was the formulation of the problem and its objectives, with the support of the theoretical foundation yielded information on the various theories regarding Soccer Schools and its Influence on Talent Search, the hypothesis was formulated. Continuing scientific research fieldwork proceeded to apply research techniques and tools such as surveys of officials, coaches and students, in addition to that observation and collection of test performance and progress of athletes. Are then verify the hypothesis and conclusions bag highlighting the work done in the Pensioner Education Unit Olivo resulting in the need to have a Soccer School Base where you can nurture future sporting talent for the Province and Country, so as a result of research we have sown the sports culture with scientific knowledge based on the search for new talent. The recommendations generally raises campus authorities that the formation of the School of Soccer is not only planned but every year is to continue to work for the benefit of children, and suggesting to coaches trained and updated in training, to lead and guide innovation exclusive categories, both in regard to the physical and psychosocial. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El fútbol es la actividad deportiva que se practica en todas la sociedades, cantones provincias y regiones de nuestro país en algunos de ellos lo han concebido como inicio real de lo que a futuro constituirá en una fortaleza para este deporte y que visto así, han logrado resultados óptimos. Consecuentemente no existe un entrenamiento técnico, determinante y elemental en la futura formación deportiva del futbolista, por lo tanto se requiere puntualizar los aspectos básicos y elementos sobre este campo los cuales se detallaran en este proceso investigativo titulada “FORMACIÓN DE LA ESCUELA DE FÚTBOL BASE Y SU INFLUENCIA EN LA BÚSQUEDA DE TALENTOS”. Simultáneamente a la redacción del tema se tuvo la formulación del problema y sus objetivos, con el soporte de la fundamentación teórica que permitió conocer las diversas teorías referentes a Escuelas de Futbol y su Influencia en la Búsqueda de Talentos, se formulo la hipótesis. Continuando con la investigación científica que procedió al trabajo de campo aplicando técnicas e instrumentos de investigación, tales como encuestas realizadas a las autoridades, entrenadores y estudiantes, sumado a esto la observación y obtención de test del desempeño y progreso de los deportistas. Seguidamente se verifico la hipótesis y se saco las conclusiones destacando el trabajo realizado en la Unidad Educativa Pensionado Olivo que dio como resultado la necesidad de tener una Escuela de Futbol Base donde se podrá nutrir de futuros talentos deportivos para la Provincia y el País, así también como resultado de la investigación hemos sembrado la cultura del deporte con conocimientos científicos basados en la búsqueda de nuevos talentos. En las recomendaciones se plantea de forma general a las autoridades del plantel que la formación de la Escuela de Futbol no solo quede en proyecto sino que año a año se siga trabajando en beneficio de los niños y niñas, y sugiriendo a los entrenadores capacitarse y actualizarse en la formación, innovación para dirigir y orientar categorías exclusivas, tanto en lo que se refiere en la parte física como psicosocial. | es_ES |
