| dc.description | In the present study the implementation of a resort is discussed in the Balcashi town, Quimiag Parish. Balcashi town is a potential tourism area, but unfortunately there are no places of accommodation, food and recreation where tourists can come and learn about the natural attractions of this area. Each year the city of Riobamba receives on average 7789 domestic and foreign tourists who come to see the tourist attractions of the area and surrounding towns, including Balcashi town, but unfortunately tourists leave no greater wealth in the town as their accommodation, food, and recreation is done in the city of Riobamba, this town losing significant revenue from tourism. That's why in view of the influx of tourists to the town and the need for sustainable tourism growth alternative construction of a resort so as to ensure that tourists come more often and let the town looked her wealth. The alternative proposed step then to a phase of technical, financial, administrative, legal and market study, in which the following results were obtained: 1) marketing study, analyzing statistics on income of foreign tourists to the country, foreign exchange. They generated by this concept and the growth rates of the past five year’s sector; these data showed us that there is a growing trend behavior in the sector. Added to the above survey was conducted at national and foreign tourists visiting the city of Riobamba, where knew first hand: the satisfaction of tourists with supply of hotels, hostel inns and resorts; the willingness to pay for tourism services; economic, social and demographic profile of tourists. Concluded in this study that there is an unmet demand for 1558 tourists. These data were projected until 2019, deciding to meet 20% of this demand. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio se analiza la implementación de un complejo turístico en la comunidad de Balcashi de la parroquia de Quimiag. La comunidad de Balcashi es un sector turístico potencial, pero lastimosamente no existen lugares de alojamiento, alimentación y recreación donde los turistas puedan llegar y conocer los atractivos naturales del sector. Cada año la ciudad de Riobamba recibe en promedio 7789 turistas nacionales y extranjeros que llegan a conocer los atractivos turísticos del sector y comunidades aledañas, entre ellas la comunidad de Balcashi, pero lastimosamente los turistas no dejan mayor riqueza en la comunidad ya que su alojamiento, comida, y recreación lo realizan en la ciudad de Riobamba, perdiendo la comunidad ingresos importantes por concepto de turismo. Es por esto que en vista de la afluencia de turistas a la comunidad y la necesidad de un crecimiento turístico sostenible se miró la alternativa de la construcción de un complejo turístico de manera que se asegure que los turistas lleguen más frecuentemente a la comunidad y dejen su riqueza. | es_ES |
