Resumen : La finalidad del presente proyecto de investigación es analizar el tratamiento informativo sobre los casos de corrupción, donde el movimiento político Alianza País se encuentre vinculado, publicados en el portal de investigación Mil Hojas durante el periodo enero-junio 2019, para ello se utiliza un tipo de investigación cualitativa, descriptiva y bibliográfica, ya que se analizaron ámbitos de construcción y publicación de contenidos de investigación periodística a través del Interaccionismo Simbólico; como la teoría de la comunicación que analiza el estudio de medios dentro del paradigma interpretativo. Fundación Mil Hojas se encuentra en la web desde el 2014, publicando investigaciones periodísticas sobre actos de corrupción cometidos dentro del Ecuador, razón por la cual se procedió al estudio del tratamiento de la información de los casos publicados en el portal web. Para el ámbito de recolección de datos se construyó fichas de análisis de contenido para la web, con ítems de forma, fondo y el ámbito de corrupción; eje de estudio. Además, se empleó entrevistas cualitativas a expertos periodistas investigadores y parte del equipo Mil Hojas. Con la obtención de resultados se pudo concluir que miembros del movimiento político Alianza País están vinculados en el mayor número de casos de corrupción dentro del primer semestre 2019 como resultado del ineficaz manejo de bienes estatales, donde existe un bajo nivel de transparencia en sus intervenciones, vinculado con su ineficiencia en la gestión gubernamental dando como efecto un alto costo de perjuicio estatal en el ámbito económico. Se creó un manual de construcción de contenido para la web, con el propósito de mejorar los procesos de producción, estimulando las practicas comunicativas y de lectura de manera innovadora para la plataforma digital “Mil Hojas”.
Descripción : ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research project is to analyze the informative treatment of corruption cases, where the Alianza País political movement is associated, it published in the “Mil Hojas” research portal during the period January-June 2019, for this, a qualitative, descriptive and bibliographic type of research is used, since construction and publication of journalistic research contents were analyzed through Symbolic Interactionism; as the theory of communication that analyzes the study of media within the interpretive paradigm. “Mil Hojas” Foundation has been on the web since 2014, publishing journalistic investigations on acts of corruption committed within Ecuador, the reason for which it proceeded to the study of the treatment of the information of the cases published in the web portal. For the field of data collection, content analysis sheets for the web were built, with items of form, substance and the scope of corruption; the axis of study. Also, qualitative interviews with expert investigative journalists and part of the “Mil Hojas” team were used. With the results obtained, it was concluded that members of the Alianza País political movement are associated in the most significant number of corruption cases within the first half of 2019 as a result of inefficient management of state assets, where there is a low level of transparency in their interventions, is associated to its inefficiency in government management which results in a high cost of state damage in the economic field. A content construction manual for the web was created, to improve production processes, stimulating communication and innovatively reading practices for the “Mil Hojas” digital platform
