| Resumen : | El siguiente trabajo de investigación trata sobre: La gestión empresarial en la aseguradora k-cer y su incidencia en el desarrollo institucional periodo 2016, con la finalidad de realizar una investigación sobre los resultados obtenidos a través de las encuestas realizadas a los trabajadores de la Aseguradora K-cer, la investigación está constituida por cuatro capítulos, descritos a continuación: Primer capítulo: Está compuesto por el marco referencial, en el cual integra el planteamiento del problema, formulación del problema, objetivos, dentro de este capítulo describiremos como objetivo principal del proyecto de investigación, determinar cómo la gestión empresarial incide el desarrollo institucional de la aseguradora K-cer periodo 2015-2016. Segundo Capítulo: Consta del marco teórico, mismo que contiene antecedentes y la fundamentación teórica, conjuntamente la primera unidad que abarca las generalidades de la aseguradora K-cer, segunda unidad se refiere a la Gestión Empresarial, y la tercera Unidad de las actividades de la Aseguradora compuesto por diferentes fuentes bibliográficas. Tercer Capítulo: Se detallan los métodos que se utilizaron para la presente investigación, el mismos que es el hipotético deductivo, diseño de la investigación la población determinada para esta investigación son los 19 trabajadores conjuntamente con la muestra, las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de información, el procesamiento y el análisis e interpretación de resultados. Cuarto Capítulo: Está definido por las conclusiones y recomendaciones del proyecto de investigación, por medio de los resultados obtenidos a través de la problemática planteada al inicio de la investigación. |
| Descripción : | The following research is about: Business management in the k-cer insurer and its impact on the institutional development, period 2016 with the purpose of carrying out an investigation on the results obtained through the surveys made to the workers of the K-cer insurance company the investigation is organized by four chapters, described below: First chapter: consist in the referential framework, which integrates the approach of the problem, formulation of the problem, objectives, within this chapter we will describe as the main objective of the research project to determine how business management affects the institutional development of the K-cer insurer period 2015-2016. Second Chapter: Consists of the theoretical framework, which contains background and the theoretical foundation, jointly the first unit covers the general aspects of the K-cer insurer, second unit refers to Business Management, and the third Unit describes the activities of the Insurer compound of different bibliographical sources. Third Chapter: The methods that were used for the present investigation are detailed, the same that is the hypothetical deductive, research design: the population made up of 19 workers together with the sample, the techniques and instruments of information processing analysis and interpretation of results. Fourth Chapter: It is defined by the conclusions and recommendations of the research, through the results obtained through the problems presented at the beginning of the investigation. |
