| Resumen : | El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad ofrecer información fiable y actualizada sobre las posibilidades de éxito de un proyecto de hospedaje, implementando justamente en un sitio cercano a la Laguna de Colta, en la comunidad de Majipamba, cantón Colta, provincia de Chimborazo; mediante la elaboración del estudio de potencialidad turística, mercado, técnico, administrativo - legal y financiero; realizados a través de la investigación de campo y análisis de métodos cuantitativos. Según la Unidad de Turismo del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Colta, en la comunidad de Majipamba no existen establecimientos de alojamiento que satisfagan las necesidades del turista y los establecimientos de alimentación son escasos; puesto que estos lugares no se encuentran en el sector sino en Cajabamba. La idea que presenta el proyecto consiste en brindar servicios de alojamiento, restaurante y recreación, la cual ofertará a sus potenciales clientes servicios de calidad, excelente confort de habitaciones, donde el turista luego de visitar la gama de atractivos turísticos que posee el entorno pueda descansar satisfactoriamente. |
| Descripción : | This project aims to provide reliable and updated information on the possibilities accommodation`s success project, implementing just at a site near the Colta`s lake Majipamba community in Canton Colta, Chimborazo`s Province, through the development the study of tourism potential, market, technical, management - legal and financial, made through field research and analysis of quantitative methods. According to the Tourism Unit of the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Colta, in the community of Majipamba doesn`t exist accommodation facilities that satisfy the needs of the tourist and food establishments are rare, since these places are not on the sector but Cajabamba The idea presented by the project is to provide accommodation, restaurant and recreation, which will offer potential customers a quality service, excellent comfort room, where tourists after visiting the range of tourist attractions that have the environment to rest satisfactorily. To obtain results was carried out several studies, among them are: The Market research in which it was determined the offer of tourist services and demand in the canton Colt is 13,336 tourists in 2010 as the Tourism Unit, and also conducted an inventory of natural and cultural attractions that has the canton. It established some marketing strategies to promote tourism in the Hostel. |
