| Descripción : | The present work is about the optimization of the processing time by using one of tools from the Lean Manufacturing philosophy. In response to this; inside the packaging area in the company Pinturas Cóndor S.A., it was set up to use the methodology of the SMED system in order to reduce the setup time in the thiele packaging machine. It is important to specify that the setup time is not more than the time required to make the machine ready for starting the production. |
