| Resumen : | En este proyecto de titulación se realiza un estudio para comprobar si la gestión administrativa incide en la salud ocupacional y riesgo laboral en la empresa Haro Madera, durante el periodo 2015, se indica también un plan estratégico que ayudara a la empresa a mejorar y entender a la gestión administrativa en una forma técnica, para prevenir accidentes internos y riesgos laborales. Capítulo I Se hace una introducción de la perspectiva empresarial y una breve reseña histórica de la empresa, desde el planteamiento del problema y su formulación, también se describe los objetivos y justificación del problema. Capítulo II Se recopiló diferentes teorías que son necesarias para comprender lo que es una gestión administrativa, en este capítulo se alcanzará toda la información teórica, como antecedentes y fundamentación de varios autores. Capítulo III La metodología que se utilizó en la investigación fue el método inductivo, mismo que permitió estudiar el problema de forma particular, para establecer generalidades del problema, al igual que la aplicación del método hipotético-deductivo que consintió en observar el fenómeno, obtener una hipótesis que ayude a comprobar la verdad de los enunciados y llevarlos a la realidad, también se utilizó del tipo de investigación explicativo, un diseño de investigación de campo, documental y no experimental; una población y muestra, como también la aplicación de técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos. Capítulo IV Se habla de las conclusiones que se pudo observar en el trascurso de la investigación, y posteriormente están las recomendaciones que se puede indicar a la empresa para que conozca sus fallas y las resuelva en el área de gestión administrativa. Capítulo V Consta de la propuesta o recomendación del tema, misma que consiste en cambiar una gestión administrativa empírica a plan estratégico para la empresa Haro Madera. |
| Descripción : | In this project prior to abtaining the university degree, a study is carried out to verify if the administrative management affects the occupational health and labor risk in the company Haro Madera, during the period 2015, as well a strategic plan that will help the company to improve and to understand Administrative management in a technical way is indicate, to prevent internal accidents and labor risks. Chapter I an introduction of the business perspective and a brief historical overview of the company, from the approach of the problem and its formulation, also describes the objectives and justification of the problem. Chapter II Different theories that are necessary to understand what is an administrative management, in this chapter will be reached all the theoretical information, as background and foundations of several authors. Chapter III The inductive method was used in the research was the inductive method, which allowed to study the problem in a particular way, to establish generalities of the problem, as well as the application of the hypothetic-deductive method that allowed to observe the phenomenon, to obtain a hypothesis Which helps to verify the truth of the statements and bring them to reality, also used the type of explanatory research, a field research design, documentary and non-experimental; A population and sample, as well as the application of techniques and instruments of data collection. Chapter IV It refers to the conclusions that could be observed in the course of the investigation, and later are the recommendations that can be indicated to the company so that it knows its failures and resolves them in the area of administrative management. Chapter V It consists of the proposal or recommendation of the subject, which is to change an empirical administrative management to a strategic plan for the company Haro Madera. |
