| Resumen : | La presente investigación se encuentra estructurada por cuatro capítulos, cuyo contenido comprende unidades, temas, y subtemas acordes a la temática relacionada al trabajo investigativo. En el Capítulo I se ha desarrollado el Marco Referencial, en el cual consta el planteamiento del problema, se determinan los objetivos de la Investigación, en particular se establece como objetivo general del trabajo de investigación describir a través de un análisis crítico, jurídico y doctrinario como los Principios de Economía y Celeridad Procesal inciden en la Aplicabilidad del COGEP. Con relación a los objetivos específicos se resalta: Realizar un análisis doctrinario, jurídico y crítico sobre la aplicabilidad de los principios de economía y celeridad procesal. En el Capítulo II se encuentra establecido el Marco Teórico, en el cual se ha desarrollado la temática de la presente investigación a través de un estudio doctrinario, jurídico y crítico de los Principios de Economía y Celeridad Procesal y su incidencia en la Aplicabilidad del COGEP; haciendo énfasis en los derechos y principios constitucionales que se están garantizando. En el Capítulo III se puede verificar el desarrollo de la investigación metodológica o investigación de campo, la misma que ha sido efectuada previa investigación a los Abogados en libre ejercicio del cantón Riobamba, Servidores Públicos del Ministerio de Justicia, Derechos Humanos y Cultos de Riobamba; y Jueces y Juezas de la Corte provincial de Justicia de Chimborazo así como también se ha realizado la interpretación y discusión de los resultados para poder verificar la hipótesis planteada al inicio del trabajo investigativo. |
| Descripción : | This research is structured by four chapters, whose content includes units, topics and subtopics in line with the related topic to investigative work. In Chapter I has been developed Framework, which consists approach to the problem, the objectives of the research are determined, in particular the general objective of the research described through a critical, legal and doctrinal analyzes how the applicability of the principles of economy affects the celerity in the Code of General Process. In relation to the specific objectives highlights: Perform a doctrinaire, legal and critical analysis of the applicability of the principles of procedural economy and speed. Chapter II is established the theoretical framework, in which developed the theme of this research through a doctrinaire, legal and critic of the applicability of the principles of economics study affects the celerity in the Code of General Process; emphasizing the rights and constitutional principles are ensuring. In Chapter III can verify the development of methodological research or field research, it has been made prior research to Lawyers free exercise of the canton Riobamba, Public Servants of the Ministry of Justice, Human Rights and Religious Affairs of Riobamba; and judges of the Provincial Court of Chimborazo and has also performed the interpretation and discussion of the results to verify the hypothesis at the start of research work. Finally, in Chapter IV they have been raised and established the respective conclusions and recommendations made as a result of the study of the applicability of the principles of economy affects the celerity in the Code of General Process. |
