| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación titulada “La gestión administrativa y el desarrollo organizacional en la JURECH periodo 2019-2021”, tiene como objetivo determinar como la gestión administrativa incide en el desarrollo organizacional de la Junta, para ello se utilizó el método de investigación hipotético – deductivo porque se inició con la observación del fenómeno para poder crear una hipótesis misma que será comprobada, la investigación es de tipo descriptiva de diseño no experimental ya que se describe la situación de la Junta, se estableció la población a los trabajadores del área administrativa incluyendo al presidente para poder extraer la mayor información acerca de la gestión administrativa que se emplea, misma que se lo realizó mediante la utilización de la entrevista y las encuestas. Los principales resultados de la investigación reflejan que la JURECH tiene problemas en su gestión administrativa y la mala administración de su recurso humano que generan inconvenientes en sus procesos administrativos y del cumplimiento eficiente de sus funciones. Por lo tanto, se propone estrategias de mejora que permita fortalecer su gestión administrativa y ayude al desarrollo organizacional interno. |
| Descripción : | The present research work entitled "Administrative management and organizational development in the JURECH period 2019-2021", aims to determine how administrative management affects the organizational development of the Board, for this the hypothetical research method was used - deductive because it began with the observation of the phenomenon to be able to create a hypothesis that will be verified, the investigation is of a descriptive type of non-experimental design since the situation of the Board is described, the population was established to the workers of the administrative area including to the president to be able to extract the most information about the administrative management that is used, which was done through the use of the interview and the surveys. The main results of the investigation reflect that the JURECH has problems in its administrative management and the mismanagement of its human resources that generate problems in its administrative processes and the efficient fulfillment of its functions. Therefore, improvement strategies are proposed to strengthen its administrative management and help internal organizational development. |
