| dc.description | This research work: "Implementation of physiotherapy assessments, to detect spinal abnormalities, to prevent them and be able to administer a proper treatment in municipal slaughterhouse workers Riobamba in July-November period 2012," this research was conducted in the province of Chimborazo Riobamba canton, in the Municipal Slaughterhouse, it was aimed to evaluate and determine the changes in the spine, preventing and treatment to each patient to improve their quality of life. In this institution found that its workers had various predominating Musculoskeletal Disorders Spine, by their physical exertion and lack of manufacturing in the workplace; hence, they suffer from vicious posture which may cause any static or dynamic disorder of spinal function, or adjacent to the column, which can trigger discomfort or disorders. Thus was the need to provide immediate and adequate care to people in need, with the specimen to 36 workers, the same as before and diagnostic assessments, were treated, with the result that most patients improved significantly, leading to the conclusion that a good physiotherapy assessment helps in the detect of alterations in the column to recommending an early treatment and to keep a physiotherapy registration, perform preventive therapy, give training lectures on ergonomic risk factors, healthy posture, active pauses and muscle strengthening, all operators of Municipal slaughterhouse Riobamba. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | presente trabajo investigativo cuyo tema: “Aplicación de las evaluaciones fisioterapéuticas, para detectar alteraciones de columna vertebral, prevenirlas y realizar un tratamiento oportuno en trabajadores del camal municipal de la ciudad de Riobamba en un periodo de julio-noviembre del 2012”, se lo realizó en la provincia de Chimborazo cantón Riobamba, en el Camal Municipal, el mismo que fue encaminado a evaluar y determinar las alteraciones en la columna vertebral, prevenir y dar un tratamiento a cada paciente para mejorar su calidad de vida. En esta institución encontramos que sus trabajadores presentaban diversos Trastornos Musculo Esqueléticos predominando las Alteraciones de Columna Vertebral, por su esfuerzo físico y falta de manufactura en el área laboral, sufre de postura viciosas las cuales pueden provocar cualquier trastorno estático o dinámico de la función raquídea, o de los tejidos adyacentes a la columna, lo cual pueden desencadenar molestias o alteraciones. | es_ES |
