| dc.description | The present investigation begin of the selection of an important topic based on the idea of contributing knowledge about the treatment and recovery of lesions that frequently they affect the physically active population, being the case of the artrosis of knee, knee of tendinistis and meniscopatogy. This consists of a content chart that summarizes the order in that the content of the investigation will be developed; next it offers a global vision of the topic to investigate and once identified the problem, the objectives have been traced guided to develop the outlined purposes. In a second part of the thesina we find the theoretical foundation that will take to the general understanding of the topic. A glossary of basic terms has also been included that will allow to understand the terminology used inside the content. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación parte de la selección de un tema importante basado en la idea de aportar conocimientos acerca del tratamiento y recuperación de lesiones que frecuentemente afectan a la población físicamente activa, siendo el caso de la artrosis de rodilla, tendinitis rotuliana y meniscopatía. Este consta de una tabla de contenido que resume el orden en que se desarrollará el contenido de la investigación; a continuación se ofrece una visión global del tema a investigar y una vez identificado el problema se han trazado objetivos encaminados a desarrollar los propósitos planteados. En una segunda parte de la tesina encontramos el fundamento teórico, que llevará a la comprensión general del tema. | es_ES |
