| dc.description | The present exploratory - descriptive study purpose to know the contribution of the Spanish emigrants in the productive sector of Santiago de Guayaquil and artistic of Santa Ana de los Cuatro Ríos de Cuenca between the years 1900-1960. The main objective is the interpretation of the social phenomenon occurred through the narration of the protagonists or family of a specific historical moment of globalization. The methodology used is the life history using a snowball sampling. It is evident that although the influx of Spanish migration in this period of time to Ecuador was scarce, it had an important economic and social impact on the cities analyzed. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo exploratorio-descriptivo tiene como finalidad conocer el aporte de los emigrantes españoles en el sector productivo de Santiago de Guayaquil y el sector artístico de Santa Ana de los Cuatro Ríos de Cuenca entre los años 1900-1960. El objetivo principal es la interpretación del fenómeno social ocurrido a través de la narración de sus protagonistas o familiares en un momento histórico concreto de la globalización. La metodología empleada es la historia de vida utilizando un muestreo de bola de nieve. Esta investigación evidencia que, pese a la escasa afluencia de migración española en Ecuador en este periodo, esta tuvo un impacto socioeconómico importante sobre las ciudades analizadas. | es_ES |
