| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se enfoca a la realización de un plan de mejoramiento de los servicios turísticos que oferta el hotel Ambato, basado en los requisitos, normas y estándares de calidad con la finalidad de resolver los problemas presentados al momento de brindar un servicio turístico, visualizando un horizonte más amplio donde se buscará siempre la excelencia y la innovación que llevarán a los empresarios a aumentar su competitividad orientando los esfuerzos a satisfacer las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes; para ello fue necesario basarnos en un modelo internacional de certificación de los servicios turísticos y aplicarlo al presente trabajo puesto que en nuestro país actualmente no existen normas de calidad de servicio. | es_ES |
