dc.descriptionThe study was done in the surgery service of Hospital General Docente Riobamba the principal objective was to determine the actuate the nursing to anxiety in the immediate preoperative, during the period November 2017 – March 2018, of descriptive and transversal type, with a mixed approach. The population was the totally of 68 patients with the same age or higher than 20 years, they are going to be submitted to abdominal and orthopedic surgeries. By 13 nurses that work in this service. The IDARE test was used, the author is Spielberger, to assess the level of this symptomatology. The guide of observation based on taxonomies NANDA and NIC, in order to identify related factors and definitory characteristics, as well as the actions of the nursing staff in the presence of this symptom in the preoperative. A high and medium level was observed in them, related mainly to the surgery, big changes, stress factories, situational crisis and threats of death, causing a greater predominance affective defining characteristics like uncertainty, nervousness and fear, behavioral like hypervigilance, restlessness and physiology with facial tension. It was also identified that the nursing staff do their care without taking into account the standardized language (NANDA, NOC and NIC). The proposed actions in the plan of care were designed from an educational approach based on the aforementioned taxonomies.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl estudio se realizó en el servicio de cirugía del Hospital General Docente Riobamba con el objetivo de determinar el accionar de enfermería ante la ansiedad en el preoperatorio inmediato, durante el período noviembre 2017-marzo 2018; de tipo descriptivo-transversal, con enfoque mixto. La población quedó conformada por la totalidad de 68 pacientes con edades iguales o superiores a 20 años, que iban a ser sometidos a cirugías abdominales y ortopédicas. Por 13 enfermeras que laboran en dicho servicio. Se utilizó el test IDARE del autor Spielberger, para evaluar el nivel de esta sintomatología. Una guía de observación basada en las taxonomías NANDA y NIC, para identificar los factores relacionados y características definitorias; así como también el actuar del personal de enfermería ante la presencia de este síntoma en el preoperatorio. Se observó un nivel alto y medio de ansiedad en ellos, relacionada principalmente a la cirugía, grandes cambios, factores estresantes, crisis situacional y amenaza de muerte; provocando en mayor predominio características definitorias afectivas como incertidumbre, nerviosismo y temor; conductuales como hipervigilancia e inquietud y fisiológicas con tensión facial. Se identificó además que el personal de enfermería realiza su cuidado sin tener en cuenta un lenguaje estandarizado (NANDA, NOC y NIC). Las acciones propuestas en el plan de atención fueron diseñadas desde un enfoque educativo sustentado en las taxonomías ya mencionadas.es_ES
