| dc.description.abstract | La investigación titulada “EFECTOS DEL SALARIO BÁSICO UNIFICADO SOBRE EL EMPLEO EN LA REGIÓN SIERRA DEL ECUADOR PERÍODO 2010-2016”. Se elaboró con la finalidad de analizar los efectos del salario básico unificado sobre el empleo en la región sierra del Ecuador en los últimos siete años; en los que se ha visto incrementos significativos sobre los salarios, los cuales han alcanzado una mayor capacidad de compra que incluso cubren la canasta básica familiar. Numeral 1 y sus respectivas secciones está conformado por: El Planteamiento del Problema en donde se describe la importancia de conocer los efectos del salario básico sobre el empleo y como incide en el empleo para de toma de decisiones, además se incluye la Justificación y los Objetivos.
