dc.descriptionThe research study named” Dependent personality and irrational beliefs on indigenous women in the Canton Nisag Alausi, Chimborazo province, period June-November 2016 ”it is a mixed type; not experimental; transverse, field and descriptive, correlational level type. An assessed population of 104 indigenous women from the Nizag Community in Alausí canton from June to November 2016 period, taking into account as a criterion of inclusion to women who had dependent personality type for which applied the " Clinical Multiaxial Inventory of Millon II ”The presence of irrational belief of Albert Ellis” was to determine the relationship of the dependent personality and the irrational beliefs in the indigenous women in Nizag of the Alausí Canton their age was between 18 and 40 years old , working with a 42 indigenous women sample with a dependent personality, with 40% of the population being identified the type and frequency of irrational beliefs being the most prevalent and Score in the same proportions corresponding to 35.7%; Irrational Belief No. 1 (For an adult it is absolutely necessary to have the affection and approval of their peers, family and friends) and No. 8 (It needs to have something bigger and stronger than oneself), was used The statistical package SPSS, version 22.00 was used for irrational analysis of frequency, average standard deviation, test of normality and bivariate correlation, to make the correlation between the studied variables the dependent personality and belief that predominate in the population. Applied the coefficient of Pearson relationship r, and the pre-value was p>0.05, wich is established no significant relationship between the variables.es_ES
