| dc.description | ABSTRAC Equine therapy is a method of physical, psychological, social and cognitive rehabilitation that leads to improving the deficiencies of children with infantile cerebral palsy through stimulation. The process of the methodology that was used during the investigation, collection, analysis and description of the information obtained was of a documentary-bibliographic type with a qualitative approach, exploratory design and descriptive level, through the schematization of the information obtained from the different scientific bases. The 35 articles evaluated and analyzed with the PEDro scale determined that equine therapy is favorable in the recovery of children's abilities, due to the improvement of the physical, psychological, social and communicative condition during the development of the therapy that consisted of 1 to 2 sessions per week, for 30 to 45 minutes, performing better in daily activities. | dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN La equinoterapia es un método de rehabilitación física, psicológica, social y cognitiva que lleva a mejorar las deficiencias de los niños con parálisis cerebral infantil a través de la estimulación. El proceso de la metodología que se utilizó durante la investigación, recolección, análisis y descripción de la información obtenida fue de tipo documental-bibliográfico con un enfoque cualitativo, diseño exploratorio y nivel descriptivo, a través de la esquematización de la información obtenida de las diferentes bases científicas. Los 35 artículos evaluados y analizados con la escala de PEDro determinaron que la equinoterapia resulta favorable en la recuperación de habilidades de los niños, debido al mejoramiento de la condición física, psicológica, social y comunicativa durante el desarrollo de la terapia que consistió de 1 a 2 sesiones por semana, durante 30 a 45 minutos, desenvolviéndose de mejor manera en las actividades cotidianas. | es_ES |
